I (Cody) had the privilege of working with Elizabeth when I worked at Gracewood. She very easily and openly brings an awareness of what the Lord is doing into every area of her life. I'm grateful that she was willing to share some of her experience of learning to embrace and acknowledge the Lord in the present season of her life!

And that first conversation I had with her was an accurate representation of what daily life with Michelle is like. She shows up, she checks in, she remembers. She remembers to send you pictures of her kids holding your eggs and she'll remember to ask your in-laws how their horse is doing. She's a wife and a Mom to 3 young, precious daughters and yet I always leave Michelle's presence feeling known, seen and ultimately being shown so sweetly the love of Christ. 

A few months ago, today’s guest poster Jenalee, would find a flyer for a morning bible study at Lydia’s House. Without knowing what Lydia’s House was, which bible study it was, or who wouldbe there, she got up early on a Wednesday morning and drove from Houston to Brenham to attend. And when I (Darcee) saw her walk through those doors, I was shocked and ecstatic to see her there.

I'm so excited that y'all get to hear from one of my college roommates, Marella, today! She is a steady, faithful friend and seeker of the Lord, and I can't imagine college without her. I'm pretty sure (as you'll see through this post) that my love of coffee traces straight back to the mornings (and nights) in our college home!

In a season of change, the beautiful thing about Lucy is how consistent and true she stays to herself, her family, and her God. She continues to pursue Him and chooses to see Him in all her seasons, high and low, and always manages to do so with a smile.  -Darcee
